Dear Speedrunning, Randomizer, Bingo, Challenge Run enthusiasts all over the planet: ZeldaSpeedRuns is thrilled to announce the latest installment of our charity marathon series - we're FINALLY back with the ZSRMarathon 2021.

This year, we want to bring our community together from the most classic Zelda experience all the way to the funkiest side game classics one can imagine to join forces for an amazing cause: To gather funds for the PancOne Network, an initiative by Pancreatic Cancer Canada to create a network of scientists and medics to fight pancreatic cancer the best way possible.

Hey everybody, thank you so much for 40 signups to this year's 3D Zelda Relay Race. Sadly, we only can pick 24, and we hope this won't discourage you from continuing to play and improve.

Hey everybody! BIG NEWS! We're thrilled to announce the next 3D Zelda Relay Race, live March 27th on ZSR!

After two long years of waiting, we're finally back, and we're back for a good cause.
The race and its restream will be hosted benefitting Cure Rare Disease, a charity organization working on individualized therapeutics for people with rare diseases.

As always, we are shooting for a race of 4 teams with open signups. The 4 teams will be created based on the available players in order to create a good balance. In the race, the 4 teams will play through the games in order, changing games the second the previous teammate has finished their run according to official category rules.

If you actively run one of the selected games, you will find more infos on how to signup below.
This time, and we are not planning for this to be the only relay of 2021, we are once again going for the classics, the 6 original 3D Zeldas for the home video game consoles

Hello everyone! In preparation for future tournaments, ongoing events, and for coverage of all the speedrunning stuff we broadcast on ZSR, we are looking for new restreamers.

We're a very fun group of folks that enjoys bringing you coverage of all kinds of events, always enjoy having a good laugh, and are able to work with the most amazing people.
Right now, we're especially looking for folks from West Coast and Central NA, but every application is very much appreciated and welcome. Note that we have a full fledged remote setup right now, so in 99% of cases, you will not be required to use your private PC for restreaming, besides using Discord for communication and intro / outro / hosting duties.

As part of the restreaming process, you are in charge of

• Managing Volunteer applications and picking volunteers for the race in the different racing / tournament discords
• Opening the race room and informing the runners ahead of the race (unless provided by the community itself)
• Set up our custom NodeCG Dashboard with the run information, preparing the restream (you will receive indepth training and not be left alone for your first few restreams - also, whenever there's an issue, someone will be around to help you)
• Provide an introduction for the restream as it's time to start, be avaiable for questions and tech support during the race, handle interviews and outro after the race

From my personal experience, it's very fun to work with all the communities, and over time, we all met amazing people and enjoyed the time together, even if restreaming is not always relaxed and/or easy. We couldn't provide all this without you, and we're insanely thankful for everyone willing to take the responsibility.

Welcome back to TWW Randomizer on ZSR! Thanks to an incredibly generous sponsoring by @wooferzfg, we will host a Spoiler Log Tournament for the popular The Wind Waker Randomizer with a $1000$ prize pool!

Spoiler Log Races, unlike a regular randomizer race in which runners do not know where items are, have no hidden information. Runners have access to the spoiler log during the race, which shows which chest contains each item. Based on the spoiler log, runners have to create a route and complete the game as quickly as possible. This makes these races a lot more skill-based and routing based, similar to Bingo races.
